About Us
Melissa Domaille
Melissa, an animal lover since childhood, moved to Arizona six years ago and discovered her passion for working with Clydesdales. She dreamed of owning a horse and fulfilled this dream in March of 2025 when she welcomed Caliber, a Friesian/Quarter Horse cross. In October of 2024, Melissa found Wild Hooves Open Hearts and fell in love with Sampson and Q. During this time she learned all about their mission, worked hard and supported their mission. She was then asked to be on the Board of Directors as their Secretary in September of 2025. Melissa's journey then led her to become an Equus Coach through The Center for Equus Coaching, which she puts her whole heart an soul into.
In the summer of 2026, she welcomed Maggie, a beautiful 3 1/2 year old Gypsy Vanner. Also in the summer of 2026, Big Sky Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, was established. This is the ranch that EquVera Coaching will be working out of going forward. Melissa will partner with Maggie and Caliber for her "on location" settings.
Caliber
Caliber is a 16.2hh, 6 year old Friesian/Quarter Horse Cross who partners with Melissa in her Equus Coaching sessions. He is very in tune to energies and will show clients things about themselves they didn't know.
Come meet him!
Maggie
Maggie is a 15.2hh, 3 1/2 year old Registered Gypsy Vanner whose genetics go back to Ireland. She is the Great-granddaughter of The Lion King. Maggie is a gentle giant who loves people. She loves to please and loves to nuzzle with anyone any chance she gets.
